Approvals Since we don't charge any upfront fees like your usual auction websites, we needed some way to provide a similar level of quality control on the content that is listed by our users - so reading, cheering and approving content is how we roll. We're trying to be a socially and morally responsible bunch, and to protect the Sweemo community – as well as our own reputation. This however doesn't mean that we guarantee the authenticity or validity of any the experiences, we just try to weed out the really bad ones. Check out our Safety Zone. |

Fees and Commisions Unfortunately we have employees that prefer money, instead of just hugs and kind words. Sweemo only take a commission based on the closing price of the sale. The closing price is the price you pay direct to the Provider. There are no fees for bidders. The commission is calculated on a sliding scale and is based on the final closing price. The higher the price, the smaller the percentage rate of commission. We reckon that's pretty fair. |

Closing Fees
For all UK and EU sellers, please note that 15% VAT will be added to your invoice. |

Reserve Price Fee
If you choose to use the Reserve Price feature, a fee is charged based on a % of the specified Reserve Price. |

| Payment Terms
We only take fees from our Providers. Why? Because they'll actually get paid. Each time a Provider sells a moment, the sales commission fee is calculated and added to the Provider's account. The Final value commissions only appear on your account 7 days after the close of the auction/sale. At the end of the monthly cycle, Sweemo takes payment for the entire account using either your default credit card that you provided us with, or we will raise a PayPal request for you to settle your account. We will provide you with a full account of all fees via email. Payments must be paid within the agreed period (usually 14 days) otherwise the provider's account may be suspended and Sweemo may have to send over the SWAT team to recover our fees. |

Sponsored Listings You'll notice that some listings always seem to appear at the top of the page whenever you're viewing the categories. These listings are our sponsored listings and are design to get more attention by appearing at the top. To make your listing sponsored - you just need to check the box on the Add Moment form, as shown: ![]() Sponsored listings must be paid via credit card, so you will be requested to enter your card details after your listing is submitted. Your listing will only remain sponsored while you have a valid credit card on record. Payment will be deducted from your card when your listing expires |

Q: How much does it cost? A: The cost of having your moment sponsored is dependent on the number of days that your listing actually appears as sponsored moment. The cost per day is £1 however The number of days that your moment may be sponsored can not be guaranteed because there are limited number of sponsored listing slots per category. Q: Why do you limit the number of Sponsored listings? A: So that your sponsored listings will actually get seen on the first page. By limiting the total number of sponsored listings per sub category, we can ensure that your listing will be seen at least 50% of of users and therefore you are getting your money's worth. This may not make any financial sense for us, but it certainly does make it much more effective for you! Q: How does this work? A: When you choose to have your moment sponsored, it get's added to a sponsored 'waiting pool'. Initially, 6 listings are selected at random from the 'waiting pool' and added to the 'category allocation'. Sweemo will only ever display a maximum of 3 sponsored listings per category page, of which these 3 are selected from the 'category allocation' of 6 listings. When any of these 6 allocated listings expires, that slot becomes available and a new moment is randomly selected from the 'waiting pool' to fill empty slot. There is a possibility that if the 'category allocation' is full for your relevant category, then your listing will not be sponsored and you will not be charged. You will only be charged for the days that your listing is in the 'category allocation'. |
