- BALLROOM BASIC:

This class is for beginners who have some or no ballroom experience. Intermediate students are also welcomed. Dances taught are waltz, tango, foxtrot, swing, samba, plus others. We do different dances each month so that a student can take consecutive months and not repeat dances.

BALLROOM "Swing Dancing":

A mix of several American dances (such as lindy & jazz). Today it usually refers to the ballroom version that is based on the slow and 2 quick counts of rhythm dances. It is done in 4/4 time. The purpose of learning this dance is for agility.
