You and your party guests will then be guided though the fascinating history of chocolate and the process of bean to bar with plenty of tasters along the way. Learn how to taste and recognise good and bad chocolate and then discover how to make fresh Madagascan vanilla truffles, dark chocolate fudge, Italian praline and caramelised nut brittle.
